1. The promoter is: Another World Adventures Ltd company no.08541823 (England and Wales), whose registered office is at 1a St Albans Road London NW10 8UG England.
2. The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees of Another World Adventures Ltd and Simply Scuba Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
   Entry to the competition is by signing up to receive by email the Another World Adventures and the Simply Scuba newsletters via the competition page at https://www.anotherworldadventures.com/win-150-of-snorkel-gear. The competition opens for entry on 20th March 2018 and closes at midnight GMT on the 22 April 2018. Entrants may subsequently unsubscribe from either newsletter at any time.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be midnight GMT on the 22 April 2018. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: There will be 3 winners, each receiving a £150 GBP voucher to use on the Simply Scuba online store (“Prize”). Prize is awarded in the form of a voucher code which can be redeemed against any purchase at simplyscuba.com. Prize is subject to Another World Adventures Ltd’s terms and conditions for claiming the Prize.
12. Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
13. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone within 3 days of the closing date. To be eligible to claim the Prize, winners must respond to the Prize notification message within 7 days. Failure to respond within the requested period or provide their personal details will result in the prize being forfeited by the Prize winner. The Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
14. Unless expressly stated within these terms and conditions, all other expenses relating to the Prize is the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
15. Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prizes where applicable.
16. Details of Prize winners’ names and county will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.anotherworldadventures.com/privacy-policy-cookies
    
20. The winner’s names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: info@anotherworldadventures.com.
21. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Another World Adventures Ltd and Simply Scuba Ltd and not to any other party. 
22. Another World Adventures Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
23. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.
24. Another World Adventures Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
