7, 000 miles, 7 countries and one epic fossil-free journey from the UK to Chile. If you’re looking for an adventure filled watch this holiday season, Race For The Future – now available on Amazon Prime – is top of our list!

Follow documentary filmmaker, James Levelle, as he embarks on a fossil-free journey, cycling, sailing, paddling, hiking and even horse riding from England’s south coast to Santiago. Race For The Future is a bold adventure that combines sustainability with a powerful mission: to give young people a platform to share their concerns about climate change at the UN Climate Conference.

Back in 2019 we supported James with his adventure planning, helping him sail across the Atlantic on board a 100+ year old Dutch tall ship. Making this series one we’re even more excited to watch!

And if you’re feeling inspired by James’ journey… in 2025 you could join the same vessel to sail Transatlantic from Namibia to Brazil or from Brazil to Amsterdam, keep reading to find out more about life on board.

Are you heading to COP30 in 2025 and looking for a flight free way to get there? This low-emission sailing program could be the voyage you’re looking for.

In 2025 they will set sail on FOUR incredible trans Atlantic Ocean sailing voyages in the South and North Atlantic – will you be on board?

What’s it Like to Sail as Part of the Guest Crew on a 100+ Year-Old Ship?

Life on board a tall ship is an immersive experience that blends adventure, camaraderie, and skill-building.

Imagine waking up to the sound of waves against the hull, the creaking of the ship’s timbers, and the salty breeze in your hair.

Your days will be filled with hands-on activities, from navigating and steering the ship to learning the art of sailmaking, rigging, and carpentry.

Onboard, you’ll become part of a close-knit community, working together to keep the ship sailing smoothly and forging lifelong friendships with your fellow crew members.
