Another World Adventures

Sail Around the World ARC 2024/25

Duration: 20 days
View Dates

The Atlantic Rally for Cruisers (ARC) is the largest trans-ocean sailing event in the world. Join this round-the-world adventure taking place over 15 months and covering 26,000 nautical miles.  And do it in style. On a luxury Oyster 57ft yacht.

You can sign up for any of the voyage legs ranging from 18 to 40 nights between February 2024 – April 2025.

Following the classic tradewinds route, the rally avoids regions of political instability, piracy and the storm seasons in both hemispheres.

Step on board for a stunning 57ft Oyster yacht. Owned and operated by skippers Ian & Fiona you’ll be in good hands. Ian who is the skipper is an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor with over 120,000 nautical miles of worldwide sailing while Fiona is a Commercial Yachtmaster who also holds Ocean Yachtmaster and is always happy to share her enthusiasm for celestial navigation.  All you need is a sense of adventure and a willingness to get involved.

On board will be a Ian and Fiona plus up to 4 guest sailors. Solo travellers are welcome! The interior arrangement provides 3 separate cabins for guest sailors. There is one double cabin (which has been booked for the whole ARC), and two twin cabins so solo travellers will get their own cabin or people travelling with a friend will have two cabins available to them.

Tour operator

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we stand for - in particular on our mission to help people find sailing experiences that are much more than the usual taverna hopping summer holidays. We love working with this company on their mission to be an antidote to all the boring sailing out there! The world is two thirds water and yet most people’s idea of sailing is pottering around the Med or staying within a few miles of Cowes. Not these guys. There is so much more out there and so much to explore and they'll help you do just that.
